Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Invertek Optidrive ODP-2-24050-3HF42-SN parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Invertek-Optidrive products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kawasaki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Jamesbury-Stonel product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Invertek-Optidrive such as the ODP2240503HF42SN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 506071048R03 manufactured by Kawasaki and we are pleased to be able to service most Kawasaki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VPVL200 by Manufacturer Jamesbury-Stonel as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Japax-Inc. Brand MWIA52254A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Jordan-Controls such as 50A042585001 equipment made by Jordan-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Jordan-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Jordan-Controls" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 506071074R03 made by Kawasaki as well as the popular ECOSTEP original spares produced by Jenaer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ROD1424002900K1 by Johannes-Heidenhain and 50A042585001 spares by Jordan-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HP05AA376 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Joslyn-Clark.
